I know i’ve used them in the past and they were also good then. But i needed help with getting my vehicle back to my residence from the Auto Shop. AAA had referred me out to Feist Towing & Shane helped me. He was WAY MORE THAN HELPFUL! He took great care of me and my car. Fabulous customer care and such a sweet guy! He took my initial dispatcher call AND took care of my service call as well, in order to make sure my request was met in a timely manner! Wonderful service!
